Your Lawn Care Specialist will arrive on site, inspect your lawn, then make the appropriate application for that point in the growing season.

Your Lawn Care Specialist will visit your property at 5 key points during the growing season.

We will email you a service report after each visit which will give more information and instructions for keeping your family and pets safe.

Your Specialist will offer tips and suggestions for best results via the email after service. We'll come out as often as necessary between scheduled visits to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Will there be equal time between all applications?

    The Essential Plan covers only the basics of a better lawn. Because we are limited to only 5 visits, we treat at the 5 most valuable times which does leave some longer spans without a treatment. We show up 3 times about 4-6 weeks apart starting in March, then it may be up to 2-3 months before the 4th application. The last application is made in October depending upon weather.

  • What if I start in the middle or towards the end of the season?

    If you start late in the year, we may not make all 5 of the applications because it wouldn't bring results to squeeze all of the visits into that short time window. If you start in the middle of the summer, we will kill your weeds and resume the program rounds with what is left for that calendar year. (Ex. If you start in May, we would apply rounds 3,4,5 and omit 1 and 2 until the following year.)

  • Can I get a full refund if I am not satisfied?

    We offer a 110% money back guarantee. We will refund your money plus 10% if we cannot make it right after you are not satisfied. We will refund your most recent service and not the entire yearly amount. Remember that results build on themselves and your lawn will get better year after year.

  • What if my lawn has problems that are not covered in this plan?

    The Essential plan only covers the most basic needs. While this is great for some of our customers, it is common for many to upgrade plans to the Complete Plan, which includes Grub Prevention and a more aggressive approach to Grassy weeds and weeds that are hard to control. The extra 2 visits to your lawn allow us to treat the more uncommon weeds and address more specific problems to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Is this safe for pets?

    We think of your pet's safety when we apply any type of weed killer or fertilizer to your grass. We have included specific information and instructions with each application that will keep your pets safe and healthy all while giving them a lawn they will enjoy. It is a Win, Win.
